Below are the 2024 rates to help price your event at our facility. 

​

2024 Rates:

• Museum Rental (No Kitchen Usage): $200 / Day

• Lawn or Parking Lot Rental: $450 / Day

• Stage Rental: $500 / Day

• Spider Boxes / Cables: $100 Flat Rate Per Box Per Day

• Dumpster Usage (10 bags or less): Included in facility rental

  • Dumpster Usage (Beyond 10 bags): $150

• Port-A-Potties: Must be provided by 3rd Party (If arranged by Kentucky Steam, contracted rate + 5%)

• Private Train Rides (Includes Caboose): $250 / Hour

• Caboose Rental (Static; no train ride): $40 / Hour
